Aluminium Tongue and Groove Gate. Gate is 3.0M wide and gate height is 1.75M. Gate colour is Pure White (RAL9010)
The T & G gate is 3.0 meters wide and the gate height is 1.75 meters. Hinges have a gap of 31mm on each side. The gate is made of aluminum, with the main outer structure is 100 X 50 mm and 2.5mm thick profile. The tongue and groove slats are 100 X 20 X 1.3mm extruded aluminum. The weight of the gate is 65kg.
The hinges are welded steel construction with X-Lube bushings for free movement of the gate. The hinges are galvanized for durability, and the X-Lube bushings are made of polyamide material impregnated with molybdenum disulphide for self-lubricating properties.
This double swing gate comes with the following hardware for installation:
- 4 hinges
- Latch (padlock lockable)
- Drop bolt
