The gate is fully welded with no screws used, unlike similar gates found elsewhere. Tongue & Groove Slats are laser welded to the frame, and the frame is TIG welded. No glue or plastic is used. The gate is made of aluminum, with the main structure being a strong 100X50 mm square profile, 2.5 mm thick. Tongue & Groove Slats measure 100X20 mm and are 1.3 mm thick.
Gate is 3500mm wide and 1750mm high. Hinges have a gap of 31mm on each. Weight of the gate is 75Kg
The hinges are welded steel construction with X-Lube bushings for free movement of the gate. The hinges are galvanized for durability, and the X-Lube bushings are made of polyamide material impregnated with molybdenum disulphide for self-lubricating properties.
This double swing gate comes with the following hardware for installation:
- 4 hinges
- Latch (padlock lockable)
- Drop bolt
