Gate Joiner Kit to join two sliding gates to make one longer gate. Easier and cheaper way to build up and easier to transport. You need to tact weld the joint from both sides. About 5-6 tact welding about 20mm long tact per side depending on the gate height as required.
Grind excess welding to fit the cover plate. Both Cover Plates (1670 X 110 X 3mm) have 5.5mm diameter pre-drilled holes. Black rivets come with the kit to rivet. This eliminates powder coating after joining of two gates.
Kit also comes with Flat Bars (60 X 5mm) enough length for entire gate. This Top Plate (Flat Bar) has pre-drilled 5.5mm holes to rivet. This continuous Flat Bar is to ensure smooth travel of the gate between two rollers of Gate Roller Guide.
Since entire gate has four wheels, welding joints will not have heavy loading. This kit is in stock and sold with two gates.
