Gate is made of 6063 grade aluminum. Top two rails and sides of the gate use 50 X 50 X 2.4mm thick ribbed profile for strength and appearance. Bottom rail 50 X 75 X 3mm thick plain profile to fit gear rack. Vertical pickets use 19 X 19 X 1.2mm square profile. Frame is fully welded. Gate is powder coated in black colour.
