The entire gate is made of aluminum. The main structure consists of a 100 x 50 mm profile that is 2.5 mm thick. Louvers are 120 mm wide and 18 mm deep. The weight of the gate is 82 kg.
Hinges are welded steel construction with X-Lube bush for free movement of the gate. The hinge is galvanized for durability. The X-Lube bush is made from polyamide material impregnated with molybdenum disulphide for self-lubricating properties.
